Objectives

The expert seminar is focussing on modern aspects for project management with regard to the full project management cycle. The seminar will give theoretical background to project management and will complete the learning efforts through practical work (proposal writing, financial plan design, narrative and financial reporting) and visit of the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) in Berlin.
